Membership is open to those who work in local planning, with local authorities, in local and national charities, and public health. Membership is free and monitored by UK Health Forum staff. Registration on Healthy Places is completely voluntary. The online directory and resources will be behind closed doors and only available to those registered.
Whatever information you provide using this form is securely stored and Healthy Places complies with the data protection act. We do not share your information with any third parties.
